This all-you-can-eat buffet features a broad selection of made-to-order dishes, including fresh sashimi, binchotan-grilled skewers, tempura, and signature rolls, paired with a choice of main course and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks. The venue’s floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping views of Central’s skyline, adding a distinct visual element to the meal.
A Setting Designed for Ambiance
The interior pairs warm birch wood finishes with red and white paper lanterns and contemporary manga-inspired murals, creating a modern yet playful izakaya atmosphere. An open sushi bar and robatayaki counter allow diners to watch chefs prepare dishes, while an outdoor terrace offers an alternative spot for enjoying the evening air and city lights.

The evening begins with a seasonal sashimi platter that includes yellowtail, sea bream, scallop, tuna, and salmon. For an additional HK$ 50 per person, guests can upgrade to premium selections such as toro yellowtail and Hokkaido shrimp. Appetizers range from spicy tuna tartare and scallion egg roll to tofu with truffle and crispy lotus root chips.
The robatayaki section features grilled abalone, wagyu beef, chicken wings, mentaiko zucchini, and Miyazaki black pork sausage, all cooked over binchotan charcoal. Tempura offerings include prawns, sandfish, and seasonal vegetables. Unlimited sushi rolls cover varieties like A4 wagyu sukiyaki roll, spicy yellowtail and salmon roll, and California roll.
Each diner selects one main course from options such as A4 wagyu sukiyaki, Kyoto-style miso-glazed silver cod, lobster with sea urchin sauce, pan-seared foie gras, salt-grilled eel, or a Kyoto tofu vegetable hot pot. The meal ends with a shared seasonal fruit plate and ice cream.

The weekend evening buffet is priced at HK$ 638 per adult and HK$ 350 per child (aged 3 to 11), inclusive of unlimited orange juice and soft drinks. A 10% service charge applies.
