The Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival 2026—the city’s flagship gastronomic event—returns to Central Harbourfront Event Space and Tamar Park from October 29 to November 1, offering four days of world-class food, rare wines, and immersive experiences. Organised by the Hong Kong Tourism Board, this year’s edition is the largest ever, featuring more than 20 must-try dishes, a dedicated American Express “15 Stars 5 Diamonds” Gourmet Club, and participation from over 26 luxury hotels alongside long-standing local brands.
A Feast Across Five Themed Zones
American Express Gourmet Club
For the first time, American Express curates a dedicated zone housing some of the most celebrated Michelin-starred and Black Pearl restaurants. Ming Court (Booth B03) returns after 18 consecutive years of Michelin recognition, presenting exclusive creations such as Parmesan-crusted crab shell stuffed with Jinhua ham, and 15-year-aged Zhenjiu liquor-infused foie gras. At Booth B05–B06, Michelin-starred chefs showcase signature items: Épure’s tofu noodles with Italian cheese and tomato consommé, Arbor’s chicken meatballs with sansho pepper sauce, and Ami’s premium wagyu sandwich. A standout collaboration brings Fook Lam Moon and Garden Bakery together for a limited-edition abalone burger.
Hotel Gourmet Pavilion
Twenty-six hotels gather under one roof. Marriott Bonvoy presents its largest “A Seat of Ten Thousand Flavours” spread, featuring deep-fried goose stuffed bao and M5 wagyu sirloin. Hyatt Hotels debut a combined booth spanning four properties, offering everything from braised wagyu cheek masala to classic Hainanese chicken rice. Kowloon Shangri-La makes its first festival appearance with dishes from Shang Palace and Nadaman. The Maxwell Group celebrates its 70th anniversary by reimagining Hong Kong street food with a boozy twist—think “Flower Crab Wine Wonton Noodles” and black sesame lava buns.
Henderson Land 50th Anniversary
Henderson Land joins the festival for the first time, creating the “Henderson 50 Taste Space” with 12 Michelin-starred restaurants and award-winning bars. Highlights include Guo Jin Xuan’s abalone in chicken liver sauce, Tang Shu’s 50-year aged Chenpi pandan egg waffles, and CulinArt 1862’s M9 wagyu mini burgers.
Coffee Village & “Only in Hong Kong” Flavours
A new Coffee & Chill zone pairs live music with creative caffeine-infused drinks. The Ice Cream & Cookie Co. makes its festival debut with photo-worthy cookie sundaes and croissant cups. Kung Lee sugarcane juice returns with boozy twists featuring rum and pickled plums. On Kee Kitchen offers free abalone snacks (with voucher) and a limited-edition “XO Cognac Buddha Jumps Over the Wall Flying Noodles.”
Wine Experiences & Masterclasses
The Sunset Wine Party on the main stage offers complimentary tastings of Bordeaux and Burgundy vintages. Over 20 sommelier-led masterclasses and three new guided tasting tours give visitors deeper insight into wine regions. The “Ring the Bell” programme unlocks rare pours including aged Moutai and prestige Champagne at special token prices.
