Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival 2026 Serves Up Record-Breaking Culinary Spectacle

Hong Kong’s most anticipated gastronomic celebration, the Wine & Dine Festival 2026, has officially taken over the Central Harbourfront Event Space and Tamar Park. Running from October 29th through November 1st, this year’s edition marks the largest in the event’s history, assembling Michelin-starred titans, luxury hotels, and beloved local institutions for a four-day feast that reinforces the city’s status as a global culinary capital.

A Feast for the Senses Across Five Distinct Zones

The festival has significantly expanded its footprint, offering something for every palate. A major highlight is the American Express Gourmet Club, an exclusive precinct dubbed the “15 Stars 5 Diamonds” area, which gathers an unprecedented collection of Michelin-starred and Black Pearl-rated restaurants under one tent. Visitors can sample the highly anticipated Forum Restaurant x Garden abalone burger, Ming Court’s famed Parma ham and cheese stuffed crab shell, and Ami’s signature Wagyu sandwich.

Alongside this, the Hotel Luxe precinct features a record 26 hotels. Marriott’s “A Table of Multinational Flavours” stand is turning heads with its “Deep Fried Goose Patty Bun” and “Sour Sweet M5 Wagyu Sirloin.” Hyatt Hotels have made a strong coordinated debut, bringing signature dishes from Cruise, Grissini, and Sha Tin 18, while Kowloon Shangri-La participates for the first time with offerings from Shang Palace and Nadaman.

Local Heritage Meets Creative Innovation

This year’s edition expertly balances high-end dining with nostalgic street flavours. Maxim’s Group is celebrating its 70th anniversary by giving classic Hong Kong snacks a sophisticated, boozy twist, featuring a “Drunken Shrimp Roe Noodles” and an orange juice pastry that revives old-school dim sum techniques. The Ice Cream & Cookie Co. makes its festival debut with visually striking cookie sundaes.

The Henderson Land 50 Tasting Space is a brand-new feature, curating dishes from 12 of the city’s top restaurants, including a unique 50-year-aged Chenpi and egg waffle. For those seeking freebies, On Kee Kitchen is giving away complimentary snack abalone and debuting an inventive “XO Cognac Buddha Jumps Over the Wall” noodle dish.

Sips, Sounds, and Practical Know-How

Beyond the food, the beverage program is world-class. The Dusk Wine Party offers a sunset toast with rare French vintages at the main stage. Guests can attend expert-led masterclasses in the Premium Wine Zone or explore three new guided wine-tasting routes. The dedicated Coffee & Chill Village pairs artisanal brews and nitro cold brews with live DJ sets, offering the perfect afternoon pick-me-up.
