Located at QRE Plaza, Santorini Steakhouse specializes in steaks aged for a minimum of 28 days, utilizing both wet and dry aging methods tailored to specific cuts. Beyond beef, the menu highlights includes seasonally sourced fish subjected to a rarely seen dry-aging process in Hong Kong, alongside a diverse array of traditional Greek dishes crafted from specially imported ingredients.

Aged Beef and Signature Greek Specialities

The steak program is particularly rigorous. The chef intelligently selects aging methods—dry or wet—based on the unique characteristics of each beef cut. Noteworthy offerings include the Australian Mayura Full Blood Wagyu Sirloin, known for its subtle, natural sweetness derived from a proprietary cocoa-infused feeding regimen. Furthermore, the Australian purebred Ribeye is highlighted for its exceptional flavor, requiring only simple seasoning like sea salt and pepper.

For communal dining, the restaurant features an expansive selection of certified authentic Greek fare. A signature offering is the Greek Skewers Platter, a vibrant arrangement of chicken breast, pork loin, and Greek herb-marinated pork sausage, served with house-made tzatziki, embodying the spirit of traditional Greek street food.
