Starbucks Launches Festive Winter Menu with Cotton Candy Mochi and Tiramisu Drinks

Starbucks is ringing in the 2026 winter holiday season across Hong Kong and Macau with an entirely new lineup of beverages, featuring the debut of the Cotton Candy Mochi Series and the region-exclusive Tiramisu Series, alongside the return of fan-favorite holiday classics. Available from November 1, the coffee chain aims to warm up the cooler months with sweet, indulgent flavors and a partnership with a local award-winning pastry chef.

New Seasonal Offerings: Cotton Candy Mochi and Tiramisu Series

The Cotton Candy Mochi Series introduces a playful twist on traditional winter drinks. This collection includes the Cotton Candy Mochi Oatmilk Latte, Cotton Candy Mochi Oatmilk Latte Cream Frappuccino, and Cotton Candy Mochi Oatmilk Matcha. Each beverage combines the airy sweetness of cotton candy with soft, chewy mochi pieces, creating a layered texture that is both comforting and novel.

Alongside this, Starbucks has rolled out the Tiramisu Series exclusively for Hong Kong and Macau. The lineup features the Tiramisu Cream Latte and the Tiramisu Espresso Frappuccino, both designed to capture the essence of the Italian dessert. A silky cream topping and ladyfinger crumbles emulate the classic tiramisu experience in drinkable form.

Returning Holiday Classics

Starbucks is also bringing back several beloved seasonal flavors starting November 1. The Toffee Nut Crunch Latte returns in hot and Frappuccino versions, along with a cold brew concentrate and nitro cold brew for those who prefer a stronger coffee profile. Additionally, the Peppermint Mocha hot beverage, Frappuccino, and Cream Frappuccino are once again on the menu, continuing a long-standing holiday tradition.

Local Culinary Talent Takes Center Stage

For the first time this season, Starbucks is featuring a limited-edition dessert created by Joyce Li, a graduate of the International Culinary Institute (ICI). Her “Amber Butterfly” citrus and nut tart won top honors at the 2026 “Taste of the World” Barista and Pâtisserie Championship. Made with mascarpone cream and citrus notes, the tart will be available at select Starbucks stores from November 1 to 30, offering an autumnal sweet treat to pair with the holiday drinks.

Charity Campaign and Customer Perks

Starbucks is launching the “Every Cup Shares Love” campaign to support the local community. From November 1 to 21, the company will donate 1 percent of proceeds from every qualifying holiday drink purchased to the Hong Kong Children’s Hospital Charitable Foundation.

Additional incentives are available through December. Students with an Octopus card can receive an instant HK$5 discount on purchases of HK$60 or more from November 1 through January 31, 2027. Meanwhile, yuu rewards members can redeem 2,000 points for a HK$10 Starbucks cash voucher.

What’s Next for Starbucks Holiday Menu

These seasonal drinks and treats will be available at all Starbucks locations in Hong Kong and Macau while supplies last. The combination of new innovative flavors, returning favorites, and community-focused initiatives reflects the brand’s ongoing effort to create warm, shared moments during the holiday season. Coffee enthusiasts and holiday lovers alike are encouraged to visit their nearest store to experience the full winter menu early.
